ACADEMIC PROFILE

Dr Merita Toska is a Lecturer and Coordinator of Professional and Scientific Master Programs in Business Administration at Polis Business School – Faculty of Planning, Environment and Urban Management. Her academic career started at the University of Bologna (Italy), continued in 2007 at the University of Our Lady of Good Counsel (Tirana) and from 2015 at POLIS University as a lecturer and researcher. At the same time, Dr Toska is an Expert with over 15 years of professional experience in economic development and public finance issues (engaged in more than 35 national and international projects) at Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development.
